Book Review - The Happiest Baby Guide to Great Sleep

For me, gone are the days of little to no sleep.  Gone are the days, that I'd show up to work, with a different colored shoe (that looked the same in the dark) and deep dark circles under my eyes.

I let go of that torch and passed it on to the next set of olympiads, the great athletes we call new moms that have to do the Baby Triathlon day and night, all of course training to be where I am today...Getting Great Sleep.

But what if you're still training? How do you do it? What do you do? Will you survive?

The answer to all these questions and more, is in this great book "The Happiest Baby Guide to Great Sleep" written by Harvey Karp, M.D., a distinguished pediatrician and child development specialist.

I was introduced to Homemade Harvey, by my husband.  I think I fell in love with him all over again! But before I did, I had to grill him for over an hour, and demand to know why he was just NOW telling me about this brand and product! He brought home three pouches...yes, I said pouches (more about that in a minute). I got ransacked by my 5 year old, he let me have a "taste" and if you have kids that age, you'll know that a "taste" is more than likely, having to lick a bottle cap or something, in my case, he put some on my finger and said "There...I shared"

Let me tell you how I showed up at my local Wells Fargo, with a sheepish grin and explain to them, how THIS happened....
